Casteca is a founder-led studio. Daniel Castillo runs every project himself, from the first walk on your lot to the day you get the keys. You work with the person accountable for the build, not a handoff chain. As Casteca grows, the people we add will be held to that same standard.
Founder
Daniel Castillo
Daniel founded Casteca Homes in 2026 to bring owner-accountable custom building to Southern Utah. He runs Casteca as a licensed Utah general contractor and stays hands-on through every project, from the first walk on a client's land to permitting, framing, finishes, and the final walkthrough. His focus is straightforward work: homes that sit right on their lots, hold up over time, and get built on a schedule he is willing to put his name to.

Daniel Castillo Jr
Daniel Jr runs Casteca's field crews, turning approved plans and selections into finished work on site. He keeps the trades moving in the right order and holds the same standard at every stage, from rough framing to the details a client actually lives with. If something is not right, it gets fixed before the next phase covers it up.

Jose Tellez
Jose keeps Casteca's job sites running day to day. He coordinates subcontractors and deliveries, walks the work as it goes in, and protects the schedule so a build keeps moving without cutting corners. He is the one making sure what is on the plans is what actually gets built.
