The Studio

Casteca Homes was founded in St. George in 2026 with a simple commitment. The home you commission should feel inevitable on its land, and it should be built to hold up to the way you actually live in it.
We are new, and we are honest about that. We are also a licensed Utah general contractor, insured and bonded, founder-led and hands-on. Every Casteca home is led by one person from the first walk on your lot to the day we hand over the keys. No subbed-out chaos. No project lost in the shuffle.
We build across Southern Utah, from desert lots in Washington County to high-country sites in Iron and Kane counties. The materials change with the land. The standard does not.
We work from two studios, St. George serving Washington County and Kane County, and Cedar City serving Iron County. Both share one team, one project pipeline, and one set of standards.

Casteca Homes is new, founded in 2026. That is not a caveat, it is the advantage. You get the founder on your build, not a sales rep handing you off to a production crew. Daniel Castillo, who runs the company, is on every project.
