The Pine Valley Lodge is our cold-climate archetype. Heavy timber framing, board-form concrete chimneys, and a 24-foot stone hearth at the heart of the great room. A bunkroom on the upper loft sleeps eight, perfect for multi-generational mountain weekends. R-30 walls, R-60 roofs, and snow-load engineering for 6,500-foot-plus elevations.
Best for, Pine Valley, Brian Head, Cedar City Highlands, Dammeron Valley, and any 5,500-foot-plus alpine lot.
